11 वी ऑनलाइन प्रवेशप्रक्रियासाठी फेज १ प्रवेशासाठी महत्त्वाच्या तारखा आणि टप्पे

१. सराव सत्र (Practice Session):

• 19 मे ते 20 मे 2025 (सायंकाळी ६:०० पर्यंत)

विद्यार्थ्यांना ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरायला सराव मिळावा यासाठी हे सत्र ठेवण्यात आले आहे. या कालावधीत भरलेली माहिती केवळ सरावासाठी असेल आणि ती २० मेनंतर हटवली जाईल.

२. प्रथम नोंदणी व पसंतीक्रम भरणे:

21 मे ते 28 जून 2025 (सायं. ६:०० पर्यंत)

• विद्यार्थ्यांनी आपली नोंदणी पूर्ण करून पसंतीक्रम (college preferences) भरणे आवश्यक आहे.
• यामध्ये खास कोटा (व्यवसायिक, इजा.ह.आम., अल्पसंख्याक) असलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी स्वतंत्र अर्ज उपलब्ध आहेत.
• प्रत्येक फेसीसाठी "Consent" देणे अनिवार्य आहे.

३. तात्पुरती गुणवत्ता यादी:

• ३० मे २०२५ सकाळी ११:०० वाजता
• पात्र विद्यार्थ्यांची तात्पुरती गुणवत्ता यादी जाहीर केली जाईल.

४. हरकती व सुधारणांची संधी:

• ३० मे ते २ जून २०२५ (सायं. ४:०० पर्यंत)
• जर यादीमध्ये काही त्रुटी आढळल्या, तर विद्यार्थ्यांना त्यात सुधारणा करण्याची संधी दिली जाईल.

५. अंतिम गुणवत्ता यादी:

• ३ जून २०२५ सायं. ४:०० वाजता
• शेवटची आणि अंतिम गुणवत्ता यादी जाहीर होईल.

६. प्रवेश वाटप (फेज १): 

• ५ जून २०२५
• गुणवत्तेनुसार विद्यार्थ्यांना महाविद्यालये वाटप केली जातील. यामध्ये पहिली पसंती मिळाल्यास प्रवेश घेणे अनिवार्य आहे.

७. महाविद्यालयांची यादी:

• ६ जून २०२५ सकाळी १०:०० वाजता
• विद्यार्थ्यांना कुठल्या महाविद्यालयात प्रवेश मिळाला आहे, हे पोर्टलवर पाहता येईल.

८. प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करणे:

६ ते १२ जून २०२५ (सकाळी १०:०० ते सायं. ६:०० पर्यंत)

या कालावधीत विद्यार्थ्यांनी:

• "Proceed for Admission" निवडावे
• आवश्यक कागदपत्रे अपलोड करावी
• प्रवेश शुल्क भरून प्रवेश निश्चित करावा

९. दुसऱ्या फेसीसाठी रिक्त जागांची यादी:

• १४ जून २०२५ रात्री १०:०० वाजता

फेज १ नंतर जर काही जागा रिकाम्या राहिल्या, तर त्यांची यादी जाहीर होईल आणि पुढील फेसेससाठी प्रक्रिया सुरू होईल.

As every year, the Centralized Online Admission Process (CAP) for 11th standard has been launched for the academic year 2025-26. This process mainly applies to admissions in junior colleges located in municipal corporation areas. The official schedule for Phase 1 has now been released, and students are advised to read and follow the instructions carefully.

11 th Admission 2025 Important Dates and Stages for Phase 1 Admission

1. Practice Session:

• 19th May to 20th May 2025 (till 6:00 PM)

A practice form filling session is available for students to get familiar with the process.

Note: The data filled during this session is for practice only and will be deleted after 6:00 PM on 20th May.

2. First-Time Registration and Choice Filling: Part 1 and 2 start date

• 20th may to 28th May 2025 (till 6:00 PM)

5. Final Merit List:

• 3rd June 2025 at 4:00 PM

The final and corrected merit list will be published.

6. Admission Allocation (Phase 1):

• 5th June 2025
• Based on merit, students will be allotted colleges.

7. Allotted College List:

• 6th June 2025 at 10:00 AM

8. Complete the Admission Process:
